GLOW Newcastle are seeking applications from artist-practitioners with experience of working with children and young people whose social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges impact on their learning and quality of life.

The Artist-practitioners will also be expected to lead or co-lead a Continued Professional development session for teachers.
The residencies may include visits to cultural organisations, celebration events or exhibits. These potential activities will emerge from the project in consultation with students, teaching staff.
There is additional budget to facilitate this part of the project. All work related to the project will be scheduled between March and July 2025.
The learning from this project will feed into the creation of resources designed to support colleagues working in this field.
Current DBS for child workforce and Limited Liability Insurance are essential for all applicants.
