Amy Fawdington is the Deputy Executive Director at Northern Stage, one of our leading performing arts theatres in Newcastle upon Tyne. Her previous roles at Northern Stage include Director of Communications and Sales.
Part of Amy’s role is making Northern Stage a place where high quality theatre is shared and everyone is welcome.
Amy’s team make and present contemporary theatre and host live performances including local and touring comedy acts and drama productions.
At the same time, they design and deliver creative programmes that bring people into the working heart of the theatre, spark connections, provoke curiosity and spread the enjoyment of working in one of our leading cultural organisations.
All these activities help Amy’s staff and audiences explore new ways of seeing the world from a Newcastle perspective. They promote creativity and provide life-changing experiences.
Everyone is welcome to come to a show, take part in our creative workshops or just stop by for a coffee in the lovely, welcoming city-centre Café Bar.
